Hi Emily,
if working with docs with that many fields my advice is to try scanEZ. It will give you all the fields of the document. Instead of doing a right click doc properties you just hit the scanEZ icon. In the lite version "read mode" it is free of charge. You can download it from here: http://www.ytria.com/scanEZ
